Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers through phone calls and other communication channels to follow up on outstanding payments.
Ensure timely collection and recovery of assigned accounts.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers regarding pending dues and payment commitments.
Explain payment details, outstanding balances, and applicable terms clearly to customers.
Negotiate suitable payment arrangements with customers, wherever applicable.
Prepare and share regular collection reports and updates with the management.
Ensure all collection activities are carried out professionally and in accordance with company policies.
RequirementsGraduate / 12th pass or equivalent qualification.
Freshers also can apply.
0.6 months – 3 years of experience in collections, telecalling, field collections, banking, finance, or a related role is preferred.
Good verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
Ability to work with deadlines.




Customer-oriented attitude with positive problem-solving skills.
