Job Summary:

We are looking for a Data Management & Email Support Executive with exhibition/trade show industry experience to manage exhibitor databases, data extraction, online research, CRM, and email communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Extract data from exhibition websites, exhibitor directories, trade show platforms, and online sources.
Research and collect exhibitor/company and decision-maker information.
Maintain and update Excel sheets, CRM, and company databases.
Perform data cleaning, verification, and duplicate removal.
Prepare exhibitor/prospect lists and reports for the Sales team.
Handle client/prospect email communication and follow-ups.
Manage mailing lists and email campaigns.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in exhibition/events/trade show industry preferred.
Experience in data extraction, web research, and lead generation.
Positive knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
Solid attention to detail and data accuracy.
Valuable English communication and organizational skills.
