Job Title: Telecaller (Female)

Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad

Salary: Up to ₹18000 (Based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic female Telecaller to join our team in Ameerpet, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling and counseling students regarding our services, ensuring a positive experience for each caller. You will play a key role in building relationships with prospective students and providing information about educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about the courses and services offered.
Counsel students and their families about the programs, answering queries and providing solutions to their concerns.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely and accurate communication.
Maintain accurate records of all calls and conversations in the system.
Work with the team to meet monthly and weekly targets.




Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Update and maintain customer data in the CRM system.

Key Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust convincing and counseling abilities.
Ability to handle student queries effectively.
Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: Graduation (any background).
Must be fluent in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Additional Information:
Female candidates preferred.
The role is based in Ameerpet, Hyderabad.
Salary is negotiable based on experience and performance.
