Social Media Executive – Job Requirement

The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing social media platforms and executing day-to-day digital content activities. Responsibilities include:
Managing and handling social media accounts such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Scheduling and publishing content, including Reels, Stories, Posts, Carousels, Shorts, and LinkedIn updates, using scheduling tools or native platform features.
Planning and maintaining a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
Uploading and optimizing content with appropriate captions, hashtags, keywords, and tags to maximize reach and engagement.
Coordinating with the design and video editing team to ensure timely content delivery.
Monitoring audience engagement by responding to comments, messages, and interactions when required.




Tracking post performance and preparing basic reports on reach, impressions, engagement, and follower growth.
Staying updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, viral content formats, and best practices.
Ensuring all content aligns with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Instagram Creator tools, and social media scheduling platforms (such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later) will be an added advantage.
Understanding of Instagram algorithms, trending audio, hashtag strategies, and content optimization techniques is preferred.
Handling clients & communicating with them regarding the tie ups & meetings
