Manage Walk Me roles, permissions, and user access across administrators, builders, publishers, and analysts. Support Walk Me deployments across enterprise applications, including browser-based and desktop applications. Monitor platform health, content performance, and deployment stability. Implement and administer Walk Me Learning Arc, including system setup, branding, settings, and workplace configuration. Manage Learning Arc roles and permissions aligned with Walk Me Console governance. Configure and maintain structured learning experiences such as courses, microlearning, simulations, and assessments. Support transition of existing learning content (e.G., SAP Enable Now) into Learning Arc.



Lead or support initial Walk Me and Learning Arc implementations, including platform activation, configuration, and rollout planning. Establish standards for content structure, naming conventions, segmentation, targeting, and publishing workflows. Partner with business, training, and change teams to design effective adoption and learning strategies. Support onboarding and enablement of Walk Me builders, content authors, and analysts. Configure user segmentation and targeting to deliver contextual guidance and learning based on role, behavior, or application context.
