Good Exposure in Budget and Forecast >> good experience in budgeting and monthly projections

Variance Analysis > Should have experience in variance analysis > Month to Month, Budget vs Actuals and provide detailed commentary

Audit and Compliance >> Exposure to Audit, SEZ and TDS compliances

Well versed with IndAS and IFRS applicable to IT/ITES organizations

GL review >> having experience of handling sub group, group GL accounts and review on month on month.

Experience:4-6 years

Location:Hyderabad

Education:Qualified CA with Min 4+ Years of exp

Role & responsibilities

Business Finance, handling MIS, Excel, Power bi (Nice to have)

1. CA qualified with 4 to 8 years of experience in IT/ITES industry - General Ledger / Budgeting/ Forecasting.
2. Overall responsibility of
1.



Division controlling
2. Variance analysis - Month on Month Actuals, Plan to Actuals, Plan to Forecast
3. Month end closing
4. Operating planning
5. Budgeting and Tracking regularly
6. Forecasting
7. Periodic Financial MIS reports
8. KPI tracking on regular basis

- Good at Excel and well versed with ERP packages (Preferability Microsoft dynamics Navision)
- Good to have PowerBI skills
- Experience of handling large volumes of data in excel
- solid background in compliance - SEZ, STPI, GST, Softex
- statuary Audit - experience in dealing with Big four Audit forms - KPMG, Deloitte, PWC
