Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and competency
Requirement: Candidate must have a two-wheeler/bike for site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage waterproofing site execution.
Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to approved methodologies.
Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and clients.
Monitor material consumption, site progress, and work quality.
Identify and resolve site-level waterproofing issues.
Maintain basic site reports, measurements, and progress updates.
Take ownership of timely execution and quality deliverables.
