We are seeking a talented Architect to join our team in India / Hyderabad / Immediate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, with experience in developing innovative and functional building solutions. This role requires a combination of creativity and technical skills to bring client visions to life while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop architectural plans and blueprints for various projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for projects.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information for design.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Work with engineers and other professionals to integrate systems into designs.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure alignment with design specifications.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in architectural design or related roles.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction standards. (Commercial, Residential, Villas Hands on Working experience)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must have strong vasthu knowledge
