The requirement is for a Saviynt Developer with strong experience in Saviynt onboarding, implementation, integration, and workflow development. This is a pure development and implementation role, not a support role.
Key Skills & Experience Required
- Hands-on experience in Saviynt implementation and onboarding activities.
- Strong expertise in Saviynt integrations and workflow development.
- Experience designing and managing complex workflows and approval processes.
- Good understanding of analytics and the ability to create and optimize SQL queries, especially using analytical functions.
- Proven experience in identifying manual processes and automating them through Saviynt solutions.
- Experience in form creation within Saviynt.
- Knowledge of Dynamic Attributes and their implementation in Saviynt.
- Basic knowledge of Java and SQL. (Not mandatory )
Positive to have
- Candidates should be comfortable with Java and SQL fundamentals.
- The interview panel may ask basic to intermediate Java and SQL questions. Advanced coding expertise is not expected, but candidates should have a solid understanding of core concepts.
- Experience with ServiceNow as a ticketing tool is preferred.
Role Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Interact with product teams, application teams, and business users to gather requirements and drive implementation.
- Design and implement Saviynt solutions based on client requirements.
- Analyze existing processes, identify manual tasks, and build automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in integration, onboarding, workflow customization, and enhancement activities.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are mandatory.
- This is a client-facing role, requiring regular interaction with clients, product teams, and application owners.
- Candidates should be confident in requirement gathering, solution discussions, and providing implementation recommendations.
