Job Description:

- End-to-End SVS Delivery Activities: Manage full program lifecycle (planning execution closure)

- Governance & Reporting: Define and drive governance, executive dashboards, risk & issue tracking

- Business Transformation: Support large-scale banking transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes

- Data Quality: maintain accurate data in all sources

- Resource & Budget Management: Plan resources, track budgets, manage forecasts

- Change Management: Assess and manage change requests and impacts

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior stakeholders across business & IT

- Required Skills

- Strong Governance experience

- Proven delivery ownership (not just coordination)

- Experience handling multiple stakeholders





- Expertise in:

- Risk & Issue Management

- Executive Reporting

- Project Planning

- Tools

- Jira

- Confluence

- Clarity (preferred)

- Preferred Background

- Banking / Financial Services experience

- HSBC experience preferred

- Logistics
