Job Title: US IT Recruiter Fresher Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our recruitment team as US IT Recruiters. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for IT positions in the US market. This role provides an excellent opportunity to build a career in international recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Source IT candidates through job portals, Linked In, and other recruitment platforms.
- Understand job requirements shared by clients and hiring managers.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and experience.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers regularly.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and onboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and client requirements.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies (training will be provided).
- Robust willingness to learn and grow in recruitment.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Eligibility Criteria

- Any Graduate (BCA, B. Sc IT, B.E, B. Tech, MBA HR preferred).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US Shift).

Preferred Skills (Optional)

- Knowledge of US recruitment process.




- Familiarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, or Linked In.
- Understanding of IT roles and technologies.
