Job Title: Production Support Engineer - Java

Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and skilled Production Support Engineer to join our Sonata Production Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting our live production environments to ensure high availability and performance of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide timely resolution of complex issues in a live Production Support Setting, including root cause analysis and incident management.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and support applications built on a Microservices Architecture.

- Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications using Kubernetes (K8s).

- Maintain and support cloud infrastructure hosted on AWS.

- Investigate data issues and perform database troubleshooting using Oracle or MySQL.





- Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve system reliability and automate support tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Production Support: Proven experience working in a fast-paced Production Support Environment (L2/L3 support).

- Programming: Strong understanding of Java for debugging and troubleshooting backend services.

- Architecture: Solid experience working with and supporting a Microservices Architecture.

- Cloud: Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).

- Containerization: Experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes (K8s).

- Databases: Proficiency in writing queries and troubleshooting within Oracle or MySQL databases.
