A valuable understanding of payroll processes is required| including gross payroll and deductions. The role involves designing and supporting complex business processes in HCM Payroll. Experience in HRSP upgrades and payroll reconciliations is expected. Generating reports for compliance with the Australian Tax Office is also a key responsibility.
Essential Skills: Experience in other SAP modules like Core HR and Recruitment is advantageous. Excellent communication skills are preferred for driving conversations with customers. Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams is a plus. Familiarity with third-party integrations can enhance the candidates profile.



Knowledge of SAP e Evaluation functionality is also beneficial. Hands-on experience in SAP Australia payroll as a functional consultant is essential. Candidates must have experience in leading| configuring| and implementing large SAP HCM Payroll projects. A minimum of one full life cycle SAP S/4 HANA Payroll implementation is required. Understanding of payroll processes and compliance with Australian tax updates is crucial. Familiarity with SAP tools and configuration for the Payroll Module is also necessary.
