Key Responsibilities

- Subledger & GL Management: Oversee day-to-day operations in Oracle GL, AP, and AR modules, ensuring accurate accounting, journal postings, and subledger-to-GL reconciliations.
- Process Execution:
- AP (P2P): Manage 3-way invoice matching, review payment runs (Payment Process Requests), transparent invoice holds, and ensure vendor master accuracy.
- AR (O2C): Oversee customer billing, manage receipt processing and credit application, track aging reports, and assist with disputes/collections.
- GL (R2R): Prepare and review journal entries, handle intercompany transactions, and support foreign currency revaluations.
- Month-End Close: Drive the month-end closing schedule across AP and AR subledgers to ensure timely roll-up into GL and financial reporting.
- User Training & Enablement: Train team members and end-users on standard operating procedures (SOPs), Oracle screen navigation, and financial workflows to ensure data compliance.
- Audit & Reporting: Prepare audit schedules, pull transactional reports via OTBI / BI Publisher, and ensure strict internal financial controls.
