Essential Skills: 1. Minimum 4 5 End-End-To Implementations in EC 2. Hands on experience in EC with Time and Position Management 3. Hands on experience in MDF Objects| Rules| and Workflows 4. Good Knowledge in HR Business Processes and Talent Management Processes 5. Experience in Successfactors Integration with SAP for Payroll and Benefits 6. Collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to understand and document current HR processes and future requirements for the Employee Central module. 7.



Managing the integration of Employee Central with other SAP Success Factors modules and third-party systems 8. Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development 9. Understanding of Time Off rules|configuration of Time Objects| like Time Profiles| Time Types and Time Sheets 10. Robust executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management 11. Experience in handling incidents and well versed in error analysis| troubleshooting and problem solving. 12. Experience in proactively monitoring solutions and application and suggest improvement areas. 13. Experince in Successfactors Integration Center 14. Excellent experience in running Advanced and ad-hoc reports based on the requirements
