Job Summary

We are looking for a Network Support Engineer with strong experience in Forti Gate SD-WAN, Aruba Wireless/WLC, and Juniper Switching. The candidate will be responsible for network troubleshooting, configuration, monitoring, and resolving critical network issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 support for Forti Gate Firewall and SD-WAN.
- Configure and troubleshoot SD-WAN, VPN, routing, NAT, and security policies.
- Support Forti Manager and Forti Analyzer.
- Troubleshoot Aruba WLC, Access Points, SSIDs, roaming, and authentication issues.
- Support Aruba Central and Clear Pass.
- Configure and troubleshoot Juniper EX Series Switches.
- Handle VLAN, STP, LACP, Virtual Chassis, and routing issues.




- Perform network upgrades, patching, migration, and health checks.
- Troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 network issues.
- For L3, act as an escalation point for critical incidents and complex troubleshooting.
