Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Service Now Portal Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Service Now portals and applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Service Now portal development, scripting, integrations, and UI customization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Service Now Service Portal components, widgets, pages, and themes.
- Work with HTML, CSS, Java Script, AngularJS, and Service Now scripting.
- Configure and customize Catalog Items, Record Producers, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, and Glide APIs.
- Integrate Service Now with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshoot portal issues and optimize application performance.




- Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Follow Service Now development best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines.

Required Skills

- 3-5 years of hands-on Service Now development experience.
- Strong experience with Service Portal and Service Now scripting.
- Proficiency in Java Script, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
- Good understanding of Service Catalog, ITSM, ACLs, and Glide APIs.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Robust debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with UI Builder / Employee Center.
- Service Now CSA/CAD certification.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
