Job Description:

- Develop and productionize machine learning models for business and analytical use cases.
- Perform data analysis, preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable Python code.
- Work extensively with SQL for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and validation.
- Use Jupyter Notebooks for exploratory data analysis, experimentation, and model development.
- Use Papermill to parameterize and automate Jupyter notebook execution as part of data science workflows.
- Implement MLflow for experiment tracking, model versioning, model management, and reproducibility.
- Deploy and manage machine learning workflows on AWS.
- Develop repeatable and automated ML pipelines from experimentation through production.
- Monitor model performance and identify opportunities for model improvement.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders.
- Document models, experiments, assumptions, methodologies, and results.
- Follow best practices around MLOps, version control, testing, reproducibility, and model governance
