- 8+ years Oracle DBA experience on installation, testing, commissioning, trouble shooting on production and development servers.
- The scope of this job is Oracle and MSSQL database administration, which is responsible for the installation, testing, configuration, trouble shooting and maintenance of Oracle 9i, 10g, 11g,12c and 19c technologies and Microsoft SQL Server (2012 2022)
- Handle P1/P2 critical incidents escalated from L1/L2 teams.
- Analyze AWR, ASH, ADDM reports for performance bottlenecks. Tune complex SQL queries and execution plans. Identify issues related to: CPU, I/O, memory contention; Locking/blocking sessions; Deadlocks and long-running queries
- Additionally, resources will assist with disaster recovery (DR) designing, planning, and implementation processes.
- Responsibility lies in configuring, managing,



and reporting on all Oracle and MSSQL database Server environments including standalone and Clustered environments.
- Make recommendations to improve performance or capacity of current environments.
- Expertise on Disaster Recovery, Backup and recovery support.
- Valuable experience on Oracle database migration.
- Experience with Golden Gate is essential.
- SQL Server Always On / Replication / Clustering and Investigate replication lag and data sync failures
- Good experience on backup and recovery using RMAN integrated with Commvault/Net App's and SQL Server backups
- Shell Scripting and automation with any tool is required.
- Experience on PERL/Shell scripting knowledge will be an added advantage.
