Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IAM Support Analyst / Systems Integration Specialist to provide L2/L3 operational support for Identity & Access Management (IAM) services. The role will focus on platform stability, incident resolution, application integrations, access governance, and security controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 support for IAM platforms and resolve incidents/service requests.
- Support Okta, Okta Access Gateway, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure SSO, MFA and SSO.
- Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, provisioning and access-related issues.
- Perform RCA and problem management for recurring IAM incidents.
- Support IAM platform upgrades, patching, maintenance and DR activities.
- Monitor IAM service availability, performance and capacity.
- Support application integrations using SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC) and SCIM.
- Partner with application, infrastructure, cybersecurity and vendor teams.
- Support MFA, Conditional Access, device compliance and access control policies.
- Ensure IAM operations comply with security, audit and internal control requirements.
- Identify operational risks and contribute to automation and continuous improvement.

Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years of experience in IAM / Identity & Access Management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Okta and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD.
- Experience in SSO, MFA and Conditional Access.
- Robust knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC and SCIM.
- L2/L3 IAM production support and troubleshooting experience.




- Experience with incident management, RCA and problem management.
- Good understanding of IAM security, controls and integrations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred
- Experience with DR, platform upgrades and patching.
- Exposure to AI-assisted monitoring/diagnostics and automation.
- Experience working in large enterprise/global IAM environments.
