1 Stakeholder Management skills - great communication and negotiation skills, hands-on experience of handling difficult stakeholder expectations and conflict resolution
2 Program/ Delivery/ Project Management experience - ~10 years of hands-on experience in running mid-sized projects with multiple workstreams and distributed teams, ensuring scope and timeline adherence by application of different project governance processes like scope, risk or change management and KPI monitoring
3 Storytelling skills - great storytelling capabilities to be able to explain the bigger picture to all stakeholders as well as their individual roles in it
4 Agile methodologies experience - hands-on experience of working in Agile Methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe including facilitating Agile rituals and preparing for PI plannings
5 Street-smartness - capable of navigating tricky real-world situations, can make smart choices under pressure, highly aware and resourceful
6 Healthcare domain knowledge - a few years of relevant domain knowledge
7 Workhour flexibility - willing to work during US workhours
