Role: Engine and Transmission Test Beds Maintenance Engineers

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and repair AC, Eddy Current, and Water Brake dynamometers, throttle actuators, and drives.

- Calibrate test bench instrumentation, including load cells, pressure transducers, PT100 sensors, and fuel mass flow meters.

- Tune PID control loops for engine speed, torque, fuel, lube oil, and coolant conditioning systems.

- Perform rapid fault diagnosis for engine non-start issues, CAN bus errors, PLC interlocks, and test aborts.

- Manage utility systems including heat exchangers, fuel supply rigs, and exhaust extraction systems.
