Job Title: Global Markets - FI Strat - Analyst

Experience: 1 to 5 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

- Work closely with traders, sales teams, and senior Strats to support Global Markets businesses.

- Develop and implement data-driven ideas, analytics, and tools for trading and sales desks.

- Build and productionize solutions that improve efficiency and automate processes.

- Develop analytical tools to identify new business and trading opportunities.

- Collaborate with desk-aligned teams to enhance trading analytics and decision-making.

- Support the development and implementation of creative solutions for the trading business.

Requisites

- Strong background in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering,



or a related quantitative field.

- Good understanding of Financial Markets and Fixed Income (FI) products.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with Python, SQL, or other programming/analytics tools.

- Knowledge of data analysis, financial modelling, and quantitative analytics.

- Ability to work closely with traders, salespeople, and technical teams.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to develop automation and data-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment.
