Job Description:

- Establish and maintain technical standards, architecture principles, and governance frameworks across the enterprise.

- Provide technology architecture expertise and guidance across multiple business divisions and technology domains.

- Translate business requirements and technology strategies into scalable, secure, and sustainable architecture solutions.

- Define and maintain Target Architecture and Architecture Roadmaps.

- Lead or support the architecture of major transformation and change programs, including strategic options analysis and end-to-end solution design.

- Evaluate design options, identify trade-offs, and recommend appropriate technology solutions.

- Review ongoing solution designs to identify strategic opportunities, resolve architectural issues, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

- Identify technology enablers that optimize IT investments, improve resource utilization, and mitigate technology risks.

- Design highly complex solutions with a focus on reliability, availability, scalability, performance, security, manageability, flexibility, usability, and reusability.

- Develop application architecture solutions for new initiatives and enhancements to existing applications, from conceptualization through deployment.

- Translate enterprise business requirements into technical architecture and assist with scope definition.

- Create High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD)



documents and architecture models using UML and relevant architecture tools.

- Define current-state architecture, identify gaps and improvements, and establish appropriate target-state solutions.

- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture principles, technology standards, security requirements, and governance frameworks.

- Lead and mentor other IT Architects and provide technical consulting on complex projects.

- Participate in RFP evaluations, technology assessments, and solution evaluations across business domains.

- Lead cross-functional teams in applying architecture methodologies, frameworks, and modelling tools.

- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and drive adoption where appropriate.

- Develop POCs, case studies, technical demonstrations, and presentations for current technology and growth initiatives.

- Develop technical SOPs and define application performance metrics for implementation and rollout.

- Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and other architects to achieve enterprise technology objectives.

- Provide architecture solutions and technical guidance within a Banking / Financial Services environment.

- Train and guide development and architecture teams on technology standards and best practices.

- Perform other technology architecture responsibilities as required by the organization.
