Job Title: Structured Deal Review Analyst Analyst/Senior Analyst

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Location: Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

- Review trade structures of exotic financial products and assess expected payoffs to identify booking methodology and documentation risks.

- Propose amendments to booking methodology and trade documentation.

- Perform scenario testing to validate cash flows and ensure models capture all contractual features.

- Liaise with Traders, Regional Stakeholders, Documentation, Model Validation, and Quant teams.

- Prepare control MIS and provide KRI/KPI reports to senior management.

- Develop automated solutions to strengthen deal review processes and controls.

Requisites

- Strong knowledge of Financial Products, Trade Structures,



and Financial Modelling.

- Understanding of Exotic Derivatives, Cash Flows, and Payoff Structures.

- Experience in Trade Review, Booking Methodology, and Trade Documentation.

- Knowledge of Scenario Testing, Model Validation, and Risk Controls.

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling tools.

- Knowledge of MIS, KRI/KPI reporting, and process automation is preferred.

- Ability to work with Traders, Quants, and cross-functional teams.
