Job Title: Mechanical Helper

Industry: Construction
Responsibilities

- Assist Mechanical Technicians and Mechanics in daily maintenance and repair work.

- Help with installation, dismantling, and assembly of mechanical equipment and machinery.

- Carry and arrange tools, spare parts, materials, and equipment as required.

- Assist in basic maintenance of pumps, motors, compressors, valves, pipelines, and other mechanical systems.

- Support technicians during troubleshooting and repair activities.

- Clean, lubricate, and maintain mechanical equipment under supervision.

- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled technicians.

- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Mechanical Helper or similar role.

- Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment.

- Ability to assist in mechanical installation, maintenance, and repair work

- Physically fit and capable of handling tools and materials.





- Willingness to work in industrial/construction environments.

- Good teamwork and communication skills.

- ITI/Technical qualification in Mechanical will be an advantage but is not mandatory
