Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in Motor Insurance, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Insurance Renewals, or Telesales will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients.
- Handle insurance renewal calls and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with clients and understand their requirements.
- Explain insurance products and services to customers.
- Follow up with customers for renewals and pending requirements.
- Maintain proper records of calls,
client details, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
- Provide timely updates to the reporting manager.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in telecalling, telesales, or insurance.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Customer-focused and confident while speaking with clients.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and maintaining customer records.
- Ability to handle regular follow-ups and meet targets.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
