Preferred Experience
Candidates with hands-on experience in Used Car Loans and Personal Loans will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Used Car Loan and Personal Loan enquiries.
- Coordinate with customers regarding loan requirements and documentation.
- Make follow-up calls with customers for loan processing.
- Collect and verify required customer documents.
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan applications and approvals.
- Follow up on pending cases and update customers regularly.
- Maintain proper records of loan applications and customer details.
- Support the team in achieving loan disbursement targets.
- Ensure smooth coordination between customers, banks, and internal teams.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Used Car Loans and/or Personal Loans.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of loan processes and documentation.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Target-oriented and confident in dealing with customers.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
