Profile: Factory HR

Experience: 6 to 7 years experience in Textile manufacturing - Water Jet preferrable

Roles:

Recruitment & Workforce Management

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory and production manpower.
- Coordinate manpower requirements with production and department heads.
- Handle joining, onboarding, documentation, and employee records.
- Ensure adequate manpower availability as per production requirements.

Attendance & Payroll

- Manage daily attendance, shifts, overtime, leave, and absenteeism.
- Coordinate monthly salary processing and resolve attendance/payroll-related queries.
- Maintain accurate employee and attendance records.

Statutory Compliance

- Handle PF, PT, ESIC and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate and support certification and compliance audits.
- Ensure factory HR practices remain compliant with applicable labor laws.

Labor Management

- Handle worker relations, grievances,



discipline, and day-to-day labor issues.
- Manage contract labor and coordinate with contractors when required.
- Maintain a positive and disciplined work workplace.
- Handle employee counselling and conflict resolution.

Factory Administration & Maintenance Coordination

- Coordinate and monitor fire safety, electrical maintenance, and solar-related requirements.
- Ensure routine maintenance and safety-related activities are followed up.
- Coordinate with maintenance and administration teams for smooth factory operations.
- Support implementation of workplace safety and statutory requirements.

Qualification:

- Graduate in HR, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- Strong practical knowledge of factory HR operations and labor management.
