Profile: Jr. Architect

Experience:

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in architectural design, working drawings, and site coordination.

Roles:

- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Develop and modify drawings using AutoCAD as per design requirements.
- Assist senior architects in concept development, design detailing, and project documentation.
- Prepare construction and execution drawings with accurate dimensions and specifications.
- Coordinate with interior designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors for project execution.
- Conduct site visits and monitor work progress as per approved drawings and design specifications.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, schedules, and other project-related documentation.
- Ensure drawings and design details are updated based on site conditions and project changes.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and drawing accuracy.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B. Arch)
