Role Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development.

- Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a positive and respectful learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Assess and monitor student development, adapting instruction as needed to meet individual needs.
- Participate in staff meetings, career development,



and training sessions to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Team Collaboration:

Requirements:

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in a nursery or early childhood education setting.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in curriculum development, lesson planning, and effective classroom management.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing environments.
- Patience and empathy in working with young children and their families.
- Critical thinking and creativity in lesson planning and student engagement strategies.

Certifications:

Valid teaching certification and First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
