Regional Manager/ Sales Manager

We seek a dynamic, experienced Sales Manager / Regional Manager to lead our sales team, drive student admissions and build strategic partnerships.

CTC Range (experience dependent)

- Sales Manager: Rs 5,00,000 – Rs 10,00,000

/n

- Regional Manager: Rs8,00,000 – Rs 16,00,000

/n

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Building relationship with school principals & senior authorities.

/n

- Approach Grade A schools for student engagement activities for capturing leads.

/n

- Engage with education consultants

/n





- Participate in education fairs and create / execute outreach strategies to attract potential students.

/n

- Provides accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.

/n

- Maintaining MIS

/n

- Coordinate and manage the admissions process.

/n

/n

Required Profile:

/n

/n

- Proven experience in admissions / outreach in education industry

/n

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

/n

- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting and MIS management

/n

- Strong knowledge of marketing and outreach strategies

/n

- Ability to interact confidently with school senior authorities

/n

- Robust network of premium school connections in Rajasthan preferred

/n

- Open to travel

/n

Qualification & Experience:

/n

/n

- Bachelor's degree in education, marketing, business, or a related field (a master's degree may be preferred in some institutions).

/n

- 4+ years of experience in admissions and outreach roles, with a demonstrated track record of success.
