Role Description The Site Manager Signages & Graphics is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing end-to-end execution of signage and graphics projects at client locations.

This role includes coordinating with design, production, and installation teams to ensure accurate implementation of approved artwork, materials, and specifications.

The Site Manager will plan daily site activities, supervise installation crews, monitor quality and safety standards, and resolve on-site issues in real time. Responsibilities also involve managing project timelines, tracking progress, reporting status to internal stakeholders and clients, and ensuring that all work complies with design intent and contractual requirements. The role requires regular interaction with clients, vendors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Graphics and Graphic Design skills, with the ability to interpret and implement design layouts in office.
- Candidates should possess Pre-press expertise, including preparing files, checking artwork, and ensuring production-ready materials for signage and graphics.
- Candidates should possess Project Management capabilities,



such as planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and site supervision.
- Candidates should possess Web Design or related digital design skills that support understanding of visual systems and brand consistency.
- Relevant experience in signage, environmental graphics, or construction-related site management is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are expected.
- Ability to read technical drawings, use basic measurement tools, and enforce safety practices on site is preferred.
- A diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communication, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
