Location: Tardeo(Mumbai central) -South Mumbai

What You'll Do

- Welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism, creating an outstanding first impression.
- Handle incoming calls, visitor inquiries, couriers, and mail efficiently.
- Manage end-to-end corporate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and local transportation.
- Coordinate with travel partners to secure the best travel options and optimize costs.
- Verify travel invoices and coordinate with the Finance team for smooth processing.
- Support day-to-day office administration and facility management.

Who We're Looking For

- 28 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, Travel Desk, or Administrative roles.
- Prior corporate travel management experience is a strong advantage.
- Graduate in any discipline.




- Excellent verbal and written communications.
- Comfortable managing data, email communication, and daily administrative tasks.
