Role :Fractional Senior Product Designer – AI-NativeLocation:HyderabadEngagement:Freelance / FractionalExperience:5–10 YearsWork Mode:Hybrid – Weekly in-person collaboration requiredAbout the OpportunityWe are looking for an experiencedSenior Product Designerto work with us on afractional/freelance basis .You will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to designintuitive, scalable and AI-native products .This is an opportunity for a designer who enjoysownership, ambiguity and rapid product development .Key ResponsibilitiesOwn product designend-to-end — from problem definition to shipped product .Design intuitive experiences for complexenterprise/B2B workflows .Create user journeys, workflows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI.Build and evolvedesign systems, components and reusable patterns .Rapidly explore and prototype multiple design solutions.Work closely withProduct and Engineeringto shape product direction and implementation.Conduct design reviews and continuously improve product quality.AI-Native Design – Core RequirementUseAI extensively as part of your everyday design workflow .Apply AI forresearch, ideation, UX exploration, UI design, prototyping, design systems and design-to-code .Experience with tools such asChatGPT, Claude, Figma AI/Figma Make, Cursor, v0, Lovable,



Framer AIor equivalent.Demonstrate how AI has made yousignificantly faster and more effective as a designer .We are looking for someone who actively experiments with AI rather than simply using it for content generation.Required Experience5–10 yearsof Product Design / UX / UI experience.Strong experience withB2B, Enterprise, SaaS or complex digital products .Strong UX, interaction and visual design skills.AdvancedFigma and prototypingskills.Experience buildingdesign systems and component libraries .Robust product thinking and ability to work independently.Proven ability to collaborate closely with Product and Engineering.Hyderabad – MandatoryMust currently be based in Hyderabad.Must be comfortable working in afractional/freelance engagement .Should be available tomeet our team in person at least once every weekfor short discussions, product walkthroughs and design reviews.Additional in-person sessions may be required during critical design phases.Portfolio – MandatoryStrong product design portfolio with3–5 relevant case studies .At least one case study should demonstratemeaningful use of AI in the design process .Portfolio should demonstrateUX thinking + UI craft + systems thinking + shipped product experience .Not a Fit IfYour experience is primarilygraphic, branding or marketing design .You primarily execute screens from predefined requirements.You have limited product ownership.You have little hands-on experience using AI in your design workflow.You are based outsideHyderabador cannot commit to weekly in-person interaction.If you are a strong Product Designer who uses AI to dramatically accelerate how you research, think, prototype and design — we'd love to work with you.
