We are looking for a UI/UX Intern to help shape the user experience and interface design of our AI-powered Talent Intelligence platform serving customers across the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East.This is not a routine design internship.You will work closely with founders, product leaders, engineers, customers, and business stakeholders while helping design intuitive workflows, user journeys, dashboards, customer portals, and AI-powered product experiences.From day one, you will gain exposure to how modern SaaS and AI-powered products are researched, designed, tested, and continuously improved through customer feedback, product analytics, and iterative design.We are seeking individuals who enjoy understanding user behavior, solving complex problems, creating intuitive experiences, and designing products that deliver measurable value for customers. The founding and advisory team brings experience from IBM, Accenture, PwC, Deloitte, Trilogy, and ESW Capital.Our leadership team includes alumni from The Wharton School, London Business School, IIT Delhi, IIIT Hyderabad, and BITS Pilani, bringing together expertise across technology, product development, business strategy, talent intelligence, and global operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces across web applications, dashboards, customer portals, and platform workflowsCreate user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new and existing product featuresWork closely with founders, product teams, engineers, and users to understand business requirements and customer needsConduct user research, usability studies, competitive analysis, and feedback reviews to identify design opportunitiesImprove customer journeys and optimize experiences across multiple product touchpointsDesign workflows and experiences that simplify complex user interactionsContribute to the evolution of the platform's design system, visual language, and user experience standardsCollaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of designsCreate and maintain reusable design components and UI patternsAnalyze user behavior, engagement trends, and feedback to improve usability and adoptionParticipate in product discussions, design reviews,
