We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Senior Associate to join the TAS team in our Advisory - Value360 practice

Cohn Reznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Cohn Reznick office location.

However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a Cohn Reznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings

YOUR ROLE

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Manage buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and business due diligence assistance middle market companies and private equity investors

Analyze historic and current financial information. Summarizing and analyzing financial/accounting information relating to income statements, balance sheets, profitability data, quality of earning, quality of net assets etc.

Preparing Excel data books and analyzing revenue, margins, costs, assets, liabilities with the objective of identifying key issues such as normalized earnings, net debt, Liabilities, net working capital trends, valuation model input assumptions, analysis of forecasts etc.

Preparation of due diligence reports highlighting key findings and presenting summary analysis

Coordinating among various teams working on the engagement both in US and India

Creating strong relationships with clients and Target management

Identify deal issues, assessing their impact on the transaction (valuation etc.) and advising on ways to address the issues

Understanding transaction structure and basis it advised on structuring issues

YOUR EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate will have:

2 to 3 years of experience

Qualified CA or MBA/PGDM in Finance from prestigious B-School

Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)

Excellent accounting skills and strong understanding of financial statements

Ability to work independently and strong attention to details





Proficiency in speaking and writing English

Working knowledge of MS Word and Power Point

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Data Analytics knowledge

Should be able to communicate with clients on the phone and email
