Unlike traditional shipping container conversions, we focus on purpose-built modular homes engineered for strength, durability, and modern living.Our factory-built approach allows us to manufacture high-quality modules with integrated interiors, electrical systems, plumbing, and finishes before delivery.As we expand internationally (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand), we are looking for a technically gifted Draftsperson or Architectural Designer to join our team.The Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a robust technical background in construction documentation.You do not necessarily need to be a licensed Architect, but you must possess the technical knowledge and drafting abilities to translate engineering concepts into precise, permit-ready drawings.The ideal candidate is a master of Archicad or Revit and understands the nuances of steel framing, modular assembly, and international building codes.Key Responsibilities:BIM & Drafting: Produce high-quality 3D models and 2D documentation using Archicad or Revit (Proficiency in one is mandatory; both is a plus).Architectural Documentation: Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, sections,



roof framing plans, and construction details.Modular Detailing: Create wall assembly details, interior layouts, and exterior detailing specific to modular steel construction.MEP Coordination: Assist in drafting Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC layouts.Structural Support: Work alongside structural engineers to produce fabrication and shop drawings when required.Code Compliance: Ensure drawings comply with international standards (IBC, IRC, NBCC, NCC, NZBC) and local permitting requirements.Deliverables: Prepare AutoCAD (DWG) files, PDF drawing sets, and Revit/BIM models.Required Skills & Experience:Software Proficiency: Extensive experience with Archicad or Revit is non-negotiable.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methodologies, specifically steel framing, connections, and modular assembly.Drafting Standards: Ability to produce clean, accurate, and permit-ready construction documentation.Experience: Prior experience in container homes, modular construction, or steel structures is highly preferred.Attention to Detail: Ability to produce accurate Material Specifications and Bills of Materials (BOM).Communication: Good command of English for coordinating with international teams.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work on innovative, sustainable modular housing projects.Collaborate with a growing international team.Flexible working arrangements for the right candidate.
