Role Overview

The CS Industrial Trainee will support the Secretarial and Compliance function in ensuring adherence to Companies Act, SEBI regulations, RBI/NBFC norms, FEMA, and other applicable financial sector laws. The trainee will gain hands-on exposure to corporate governance, regulatory filings, board processes, and compliance management within the financial services ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Secretarial & Corporate Law Compliance

- Assist in compliance under the Companies Act, 2013 and related rules

- Draft and maintain Board, Committee, and General Meeting documentation

- Preparation of agenda, notes, minutes, and action-taken reports

- Support in statutory registers and records maintenance

2. Regulatory & Financial Sector Compliance

- Assist in compliances under SEBI (LODR, ICDR, PIT, SAST) (where applicable)





- Support RBI / NBFC / Banking / FEMA related compliances

- Assist in periodic regulatory filings and disclosures

- Track amendments and regulatory updates impacting financial entities

3. ROC & Statutory Filings

- Support in ROC filings (AOC-4, MGT-7, PAS-3, DIR-3 KYC, etc.)

- Assist in event-based filings and compliance calendars

4. Governance & Risk Support

- Support implementation of corporate governance best practices

- Assist in policies drafting/updating (Code of Conduct, Insider Trading, CSR, etc.)

- Help in internal audits, secretarial audits, and regulatory inspections

5. MIS & Documentation

- Prepare compliance MIS, trackers, and reports

- Maintain documentation for audits, regulators, and internal stakeholders

Eligibility Criteria

- Passed CS Executive (Professional preferred / appearing)

- Registered as CS Industrial Trainee with ICSI

- Solid interest in financial services, compliance, and governance
