Position: HR Executive / Talent Acquisition

Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Industry: IT

We are looking for professionals who have hands-on experience in end to end recruitemnt.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various technical - Non technical positions .
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and references.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and business requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline .

Required Skills:





- Minimum 3 years of experience in core end to end Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of technical and non technical roles and IT skill sets.
- Experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.
