Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Area Operations Manager to manage multiple restaurant outlets and ensure smooth operations, business performance, cost control, and adherence to company standards. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, operational efficiency, and team performance across assigned outlets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of multiple restaurant outlets to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Monitor and analyze sales, food cost, labour cost, inventory, wastage, expenses, and profitability.
- Prepare and review operational reports and share performance updates with management.
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, food safety, hygiene, quality, and service standards.
- Control wastage, inventory variance, operational expenses, and other controllable costs.
- Monitor outlet performance against KPIs, budgets, and business targets.




- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions and process improvements.
- Drive best practices and maintain consistency across all outlets.
- Coordinate with outlet managers and support functions to resolve operational issues.
- Conduct regular outlet visits, audits, and performance reviews.
- Develop action plans to improve sales, customer experience, productivity, and profitability.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 4–8 years of experience in restaurant/F&B; operations, preferably in a multi-outlet workplace.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, inventory, and profitability.
- Good communication, leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel between assigned outlets.
