Purpose/Objective

Job Purpose To support end-to-end talent acquisition activities for Adani GCC by sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring timely closure of open positions while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Key Responsibilities - Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panel members.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers in ATS (Oracle Recruiting Cloud).
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, policies, and SLAs.
- Support offer rollout, pre-joining engagement, and onboarding activities.
- Generate daily/weekly hiring reports and status updates for stakeholders.
- Build talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions.
- Support campus hiring, diversity hiring, and employer branding initiatives.
- Assist in process improvement and SOP documentation for recruitment activities.

Qualifications and Experience

- 0 to 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Preference for experience in corporate hiring, GCC, IT, Digital, Shared Services, or Engineering hiring.
