Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct mock interviews for nurses preparing for NHS jobs.
- Guide candidates on NHS applications, supporting statements and job applications.
- Prepare candidates for clinical, competency-based and NHS Values interview questions.
- Review applications and provide interview feedback and coaching.
- Support candidates throughout the NHS recruitment process.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Qualified/Registered Nurse with robust nursing experience.
- NHS/UK healthcare experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of NHS recruitment and nursing interviews.
- Excellent communication and English-speaking skills.
- Experience in tutoring, mock interviews or candidate coaching preferred.
