Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain monitoring solutions using Dynatrace and Datadog tools to ensure optimal performance of IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize system availability, scalability, and reliability.
- Develop custom dashboards and alerts in both platforms to provide real-time visibility into system health and performance metrics.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to application performance, network latency, and server resource utilization.
- Provide technical guidance on best practices for monitoring tool configuration, data analysis, and incident management.
