Job Overview

We are looking for a Process Trainer with experience in the Oil & Gas / Petroleum / Fuel Station sector. The candidate will be responsible for training field employees and petrol pump staff on safety protocols, petroleum product handling, and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training for petrol pump staff and field employees on safety and operational procedures.
- Deliver training on fuel dispensers, lubricants, petroleum products, and pump operations.
- Conduct safety audits and site inspections.
- Ensure proper PPE usage and compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain training records, safety documentation, and reports.
- Conduct on-site training across multiple locations.
- Ensure effective implementation of safety and operational processes.

Candidate Requirements

- B.Tech qualification is mandatory.




- 2–4+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Petroleum, Petrochemical, Fuel Station, HSE/Safety Training or related sectors.
- Solid knowledge of safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Telugu language proficiency is mandatory.
- Additional local language proficiency will be an advantage.
- Willingness to undertake extensive travel is essential.

Travel Requirement

The role involves approximately 21 days of travel and 9 days of rest in a month, with regular travel to multiple sites for training and audits.

Travel Allowance

- Outstation Travel: 2,300 + 200 per day for travel above 100 km.
- Local Travel: 871 + 200 per day for travel within 0–100 km.
- Allowances are inclusive of lodging, food, and local travel.
