US IT Recruiter Direct Client & MSP
Experience: 2+ Years
- Experience handling Direct Client and MSP/VMS requirements
- Robust US IT sourcing and recruitment experience
- Knowledge of W2, C2C & 1099 hiring
- Understanding of US work authorizations
US IT Recruiter Volume Hiring / TCS Account
Experience: 3+ Years
- TCS or similar high-volume hiring experience preferred
- Strong sourcing across multiple technologies
- Ability to deliver 34 quality client submissions per day
- Strong target and SLA management
US Non-IT Recruiter Light Industrial / Manufacturing
Experience: 3+ Years
- Experience in US Non-IT / Light Industrial recruitment
- Exposure to Manufacturing, Engineering, Skilled Trades, Automotive, Aerospace, Energy, or Utilities
- Experience recruiting for Machine Operators,
Production, Warehouse, Welders, Electricians, Maintenance, Logistics, etc.
- Direct Client/MSP experience preferred
