Position: Finance Associate (Loan Sales)

Location: As per business requirement

Certification: Provided upon successful completion

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide car loan solutions to customers visiting Toyota showrooms.

Explain available loan options, EMI plans, interest rates, and terms in a clear and customer-friendly manner.

Convince customers to avail financing through Toyota Finance by highlighting benefits and offers.

Collect and verify customer documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.





Check customer CIBIL scores and eligibility before initiating the loan process.

Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing, approvals, and disbursement.

Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions, and loan applications.

Travel to 1–2 additional locations only when required for training or business needs (travel allowance provided).
