Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle international calls from clients across various countries, providing excellent customer service and resolving their queries efficiently.
- Process customer requests, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software or other tools.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
Job Requirements :
- 0-4 years of experience in an international BPO setting or similar industry.
- Proficiency in handling international calls and processing international voice processes.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
