- Design and deliver soft skills training programs for aspirants.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in aspirant and develop customized training solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with aspirants to understand their requirements and provide tailored lessons.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or related field.
- Solid understanding of soft skills such as communication, interpersonal, leadership, problem-solving, etc.
- Ability to design engaging training materials and presentations using various formats (e.g., PowerPoint).
