Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for US Non IT roles through various channels such as job boards, etc.
- Manage multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates that meet their requirements.
- Coordinate with direct clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with suitable candidate options.
- Utilize tools like Job Diva, CareerBuilder to manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in US Non IT staffing or recruitment industry. (Admin & Light industries)
- Strong understanding of W2 compliance regulations and ability to source candidates accordingly.
- Proficiency in using job boards like Direct Client's preferred platform (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build solid relationships with both clients and candidates.
